Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Store Credit: If you don't find a replacement immediately, we will issue Store Credit valid for 1 year.

Balance: If you exchange for a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

You can tell it's handwoven. The stitching is neat and the dress has a nice flow. I've washed it once and there was no noticeable shrinkage.
