We love that you love handmade! Because our garments are crafted with care by artisans, we follow an Exchange-Only policy for regular orders to support our craft community.


The Beauty of Handcrafted Irregularities

Every Earthwear piece tells a story. Since our processes are rooted in traditional hand-crafting, you might notice slight variations in weave, color, or print. These are not defects; they are the unique "fingerprints" of the artisan who made your garment, making your piece one-of-a-kind.

 

Exchanges

  • Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Store Credit: If you don't find a replacement immediately, we will issue Store Credit valid for 1 year.

  • Balance: If you exchange for a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

  • Gifts: Received an Earthwear gift? We are happy to exchange it for you, though it is not eligible for a return.

  • Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or with a discount are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Returns & Refunds (Damaged or Wrong Items)

In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact Us: Please email photos of the product to connect.earthwear@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt.

  2. Replacement: We will prioritize sending you a fresh replacement of the same design.

  3. Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
