Exchange and Return policy

We, at Earthwear, already love you since you love handmade ! The Earthwear team is dedicated to providing you with high-quality clothing and craft products with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure a smooth return / exchange process, please read our policy below.

  1. 1. Exchange : We accept exchanges within 7 days from its receipt at the customer’s end. However, craft products in the category of ‘Home and Gifts’ are not permitted for exchange. Kindly allow us 7 working days to receive back the original piece and send you the exchange.  

  1. 2. Products for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. They must be free from any stains, odours, or damage and must be accompanied with the original invoice.

  1. 3. Exchanges will be processed for a product of the same value or higher. If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If you wish to exchange it at a later date, a Store Credit will be e-mailed to you, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. This Store Credit will be available as a unique discount code for one-time
    use only.

4. We do not charge extra for pick-ups for returns and exchanges. All pick-ups are done free of cost to ensure a smooth shopping
experience. Our team will arrange for the pick up and co-ordinate with you on receipt of your exchange /return request.

 5. Refund :- We do not issue refunds for the return of any product, we permit exchanges for size or any other reason. In the exceptional case that the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect, Earthwear is committed to provide a replacement with a similar product. In the circumstance that we are not able to provide you a replacement, we will issue a Store Credit or a refund. Please click a picture of the defect and email it to connect.earthwear@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of the product at your end, for us to provide a replacement /refund at the earliest. In case any refund needs to be made, it will be done in the original payment account of the payer within 10 working days of receipt of the product back to our head office.

  1. 6. Please note that most of Earthwear’s processes are handmade and may have small irregularities. This is the beauty and inherent nature of a handmade product. These irregularities will not fall in the category of defects.It is the discretion of Team Earthwear to decide the presence/absence of defects.

Procedure for return of products for replacement/ exchange purpose

1. Contact us via email at connect.earthwear@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 9830107693 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.

2. Please provide the following information in your exchange request:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Your preferred size and/or style for the exchange – a picture of the product
  1. 3. Once we receive your exchange request, our team will review it and respond to you as soon as possible. After confirmation, we will arrange for a pick up by our delivery partner and provide you with further instructions.

  1. 4. We do not charge extra for returns and all pickups are done free of cost. Our team will keep you updated about the pickup process. While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup might not be serviceable by our courier partners . In such a case, we shall instruct you to ship the product through any similar courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
