Shipping Policy

Earthwear puts in a great deal of attention to the packing of your products and follows a safe and efficient shipping system so that your delivery is always secure and on time.

 

  1. After an order is received by our team, products are shipped within 3 business working days. However, in exceptional circumstances of rush during special seasons, it might take slightly longer and in that case you will be notified on your registered email.
  2. The average time for delivery all over India takes about 8-10 business days from the date of pick up.
  3. As soon as an order is shipped by us, you will receive an e-mail or message on your registered e-mail/ phone number, providing tracking details.
  4. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders of Rs.1000 and above. For orders of Rs.999 and below, a flat shipping fee of Rs.99 is charged on the cart value. 
  5.  We offer reverse pick up for returns and exchanges with a flat exchange fee of Rs 150/-. For details of exchange process, please refer to Return and Exchange policy.
  6. MRPs of all the products are inclusive of GST.
