We, at Earthwear, put in a great deal of attention to the packing of your products and follow a safe and efficient shipping system so that your delivery is always secure and on time.

Shipping Costs & Incentives

  • Standard Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above INR 999.

  • The Prepaid Perk: Pay online to enjoy an Extra Flat 5% OFF on your order, applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for your ease with a nominal convenience fee of INR 150.

  • We offer reverse pick up for returns and exchanges with a flat exchange fee of Rs 150/-. For details of exchange process, please refer to Return and Exchange policy.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (India): Our standard delivery time is 4 to 5 working days.

  • International: We aren't shipping globally just yet, but we are working hard to bring Earthwear to the world very soon!


Order Confirmation & Dispatch

To ensure a smooth delivery, we personally reach out to confirm all COD orders before they leave our warehouse. Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched immediately to get them to you as quickly as possible. However, in exceptional circumstances of rush during special seasons, it might take slightly longer and in that case you will be notified on your registered email.

As soon as an order is shipped by us, you will receive an e-mail or message on your registered e-mail/ phone number, providing tracking details.
