Refund Policy

  1. We DO NOT issue money refunds for the return of any product, we permit exchanges for size or for any other product. In such cases, an exchange fee of Rs 150 will be charged for scheduling reverse pick up and for sending the exchange piece back.
  2. We can also issue refunds by way of Store Credit which can be used for purchases at a later date. Store Credit is available as a unique discount code which can be e-mailed to you for one-time use only, to be availed for 12 months from the date of issue. In case of issue of Store Credit, the exchange fee of Rs 150 will be adjusted and Store Credit will be issued for the balance amount.
  3. Please note that orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for any further Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

  4. In case an order needs to be cancelled after it is placed, it can be done only we are notified via email / whatassp before the order is shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable once the order is despatched. If cancelled post shipping, Rs 150 will be deducted from the order value and then refunded.
  5. In case the product received by you has a quality/ manufacturing defect, we are committed to provide a fresh replacement, a Store Credit or a FULL REFUND. Please click a picture of the defect and email it to connect.earthwear@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product at your end.  Please note that in case of defective products, our team will not be able to assist in case 48 hours timeline is exceeded. In case any refund needs to be made, it will be done in the original payment account of the payer within 3 working days of receipt of product at our warehouse.
  6. Please note that Earthwear’s processes are handmade and hence may have small irregularities. Misprints or colour differences from website images are NOT considered damages or defects. These add to the beauty and inherent nature of a handmade product.
  7. It is the discretion of Team Earthwear to decide the presence/absence of defects and take the final call, since all processes are handmade.
