Exchanges

Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
Store Credit: If you don't find a replacement immediately, we will issue Store Credit valid for 1 year.
Balance: If you exchange for a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Gifts: Received an Earthwear gift? We are happy to exchange it for you, though it is not eligible for a return.
Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or with a discount are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns & Refunds (Damaged or Wrong Items)

In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Replacement: We will prioritize sending you a fresh replacement of the same design.
Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
