Every Earthwear piece tells a story. Since our processes are rooted in traditional hand-crafting, you might notice slight variations in weave, color, or print. These are not defects; they are the unique "fingerprints" of the artisan who made your garment, making your piece one-of-a-kind.

Exchanges

• Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

• Store Credit: If you don't find a replacement immediately, we will issue Store Credit valid for 1 year.

• Balance: If you exchange for a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

• Gifts: Received an Earthwear gift? We are happy to exchange it for you, though it is not eligible for a return.

• Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or with a discount are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns & Refunds (Damaged or Wrong Items)

In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

1. Contact Us: Please email photos of the product to connect.earthwear@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt.

2. Replacement: We will prioritize sending you a fresh replacement of the same design.

3. Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Hand wash separately in cold water.
Do not soak or scrub with a brush.
Do not wash with bleach or chlorine.
Dry in shade or diffused light.
Natural dyes used in prints tend to rub or bleed. This is an inherent quality of natural dyes and is not a defect. Dark colours may bleed onto light colours.
All our printed fabrics are hand dyed and/or hand printed. Mild variations may occur. This is not a defect.
Handwoven fabrics have an inherent nature of having slubs. Please do not try and remove them.
